As well as having his own quartet Nigel has played with artists such as Stan Tracey, Claire Martin, Laurence Cottle, Guy Barker, Jim Mullen, The Jazz Couriers Revisited (with Mornington Lockett)

His album 'Snakeranch Sessions' is soon to be followed with a smooth jazz album - 'SmootHitch', and a crossover project entitled 'Hitchgnosis', a fusion of jazz rhthym section with symphony orchestra.
